Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (November 20, 2019) <br />Brooke motioned to approve the minutes; Kami seconded. Motion carried. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. November financials deferred. <br />B. Andrew reported that the 2020-2021 budget was summited to Grant. Andrew <br />also announced that Grant (accountant) will be leaving the department on <br />12/30/19 and Nicole will be replacing him. <br />Action item: Andrew will follow up with Lisa on brochure cost. <br />VI.
