The Public Comment period is open for sixty (60) days, from December 6, 2019, through February 4, 2020, and we encourage all those interested in submitting comments to do so during that time period. Written testimony will be accepted throughout the entire public comment period and can be emailed to ISWMP@hawaiicounty.gov. Oral testimony will be taken at the Public Hearings in January as follows: Date: January 21, 2020 (Tuesday) Time: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Place: Aupuni Center Conference Room 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 1, Hilo Date: January 23, 2020 (Thursday) Time: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Place: Council Chambers, West Hawaiʻi Civic Center 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Building A, Kailua-Kona To testify at the Public Hearing, you must sign in upon arrival and fill out a small form. Speakers will be called in order of arrival and be limited to three minutes to testify.
