Housing for Special Needs Groups Study: D. REPORT STRUCTURE <br /> This study centered on interviews with service <br /> providers and advocates for people with special The report begins with Section II, a description of <br /> needs. The focus was on the demand and supply current housing conditions in Hawaii including <br /> of housing units to serve their needs. Statistical demand, supply, and pricing of residential units <br /> data were gathered to connect the needs data over time.
