I also understand that the testimony on this bill was mixed, <br />but that the majority of the testimony was supportive. <br />I regret that I was not able to submit my own testimony, which would have been <br />in strong support. I think this is an important measure, and hope deferral in this case <br />was to allow time to agree on appropriate amendments and to schedule decision- <br />making on an HD1.
