Any person who knowingly, willfully and maliciously damages the course <br /> or golf course property shall be duly prosecuted. <br /> F. No animals shall be allowed on the golf course, except for service <br /> animals. <br /> G. No bicycle, moped, go-cart, skate, motorcycle, skateboard, tricycle or <br /> similar items shall be permitted on the golf course. <br /> H. Only authorized vehicles shall be permitted on the golf course. <br /> Minors under the age of nine (9) years shall not be allowed on the course <br /> unless they are registered to play and are accompanied by an adult. <br /> J. All permittees of the Hilo Municipal Golf Course are responsible for <br /> ensuring their use complies with the current Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act. Any provisions or accommodations necessary to ensure compliance <br /> with such shall be the sole responsibility of the permittees and shall not <br /> cause irreparable harm or pose a danger to other golf course patrons or <br /> staff. <br /> Section 6 Rules of Play <br /> A. The order of play shall be determined by assigned starting times as <br /> designated through starting time registration procedures. <br /> B. Players shall be ready to tee-off fifteen (15) minutes prior to their assigned <br /> tee times. <br /> C. Reserved starting times will not be honored after the assigned starting <br /> time has elapsed. Tardy players will be required to re-register for new <br /> starting times. <br /> D. Registered clubs that have received starting times confirmed by the <br /> Administrator shall be assessed a penalty of four dollars ($4) for each <br /> uncancelled and unused starting time. Such penalty to be due and <br /> payable before the club's next confirmed starting time. A cancellation shall <br /> be made at least three (3) days prior to any confirmed starting time. <br /> E. Play shall start at the Number One (1) tee unless otherwise directed by <br /> the Starter. <br /> 9 <br />
