parking lots or driveways where vehicular traffic occurs. No exceptions <br /> allowed. <br /> Section 8 Parking at the Hilo Municipal Golf Course <br /> A. Parking shall be reserved for patrons actively using the golf course or <br /> concessionaries. <br /> B. Public parking shall be allowed only in marked parking stalls. Stalls <br /> located adjacent to the cart-storage building shall be reserved for use by <br /> the Starters' Office, pro shop concessionaire and restaurant <br /> concessionaire. Loading zones and other areas where parking is <br /> regulated or prohibited shall be clearly identified. <br /> C. All golf course parking areas shall be locked and off-limits nightly at or <br /> around 11:00 p.m. nightly. Gates will be reopened at or around 5:30 a.m. <br /> D. The County of Hawaii will not be responsible for any vehicle left <br /> unattended in a golf course parking lot after the parking area's gates have <br /> been closed/locked. <br /> Section 9 Miscellaneous Rules <br /> A. The sale of golf supplies, equipment, attire, as well as food, beverages, <br /> and refreshments is prohibited except through the respective licensed <br /> concessionaires. <br /> B. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the golf course with the exception <br /> of within the food and drink concession area or as otherwise approved by <br /> the Director and in conformance with the all liquor regulations. <br /> C. Disposal of any type of litter except in containers provided for that purpose <br /> is prohibited. <br /> D. The County of Hawaii will not be responsible for the loss of items left at <br /> the golf course, including vehicles and their contents left parked in the <br /> course parking lot. <br /> E. The Director may extend courtesy privileges to visiting dignitaries, certified <br /> golf professionals, and others. For the purpose of this section, courtesy <br /> privileges shall consist of waiving of green fees. <br /> F. Proper attire is expected on the golf course at all times. Golf/athletic <br /> shoes, shirts, (covering the entire chest and abdomen) and <br /> shorts/skirts/pants must be worn at all times. Swimming attire such as <br /> bikinis, briefs, slippers, etc. are prohibited. <br /> 11 <br />
