Any person who deliberately violates any rule or regulation may be <br /> prosecuted as provided by law for the prosecution of misdemeanors. <br /> B. Other penalties, additionally or separately, may be imposed in accordance <br /> with Section 3 A (7). <br /> Section 12 Appeals Procedure <br /> A. Citation <br /> Any person who feels that he or she has been unjustly cited for violation <br /> may appeal the citation to the Director within thirty (30) days of such <br /> citation, pursuant to Rule 1 of the Rules and Regulations of the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> B. Misdemeanor and Parking Violations <br /> When the penalty imposed is the result of the prosecution and conviction <br /> of a misdemeanor or a violation of parking provisions, the appeal shall <br /> be in accordance with State statutes and/or County ordinances. <br /> Section 13 Severability Clause <br /> If any provision of these rules, or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other <br /> provisions or applications of the rules which can be given effect without <br /> the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of these <br /> rules are declared to be severable. <br /> 13 <br />
