RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION <br /> OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> RULE 2 - RULES RELATING TO THE HILO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE <br /> Section 1 Applicability and Scope <br /> A. These rules and regulations shall apply to the Hilo Municipal Golf Course, <br /> inclusive of ground facilities and structures under the control, management <br /> and operation of the Department of Parks and Recreation, County of <br /> Hawaii. <br /> B. If any provision of these rules and regulations or the application of such <br /> provision is found to be invalid, the remaining portions of these rules and <br /> regulations or the application of said portions shall not be affected. <br /> Section 2 Definitions <br /> Whenever used in these rules and regulations, unless a different meaning is plainly <br /> intended by context: <br /> A. "Citation" shall mean the written certificate issued to a violator of these <br /> rules and regulations which shows the nature of the violation, the date and <br /> time. <br /> B. "Club" shall mean a group of players organized for the purpose of playing <br /> golf on a regular/recurring basis, identified by a unique name, and <br /> registered to play at the golf course. <br /> C. "Concessionaire" shall mean the operators of commercial enterprises at <br /> the golf course under an agreement with the County of Hawaii. <br /> D. "Course" shall mean that portion of the golf course utilized for playing golf. <br /> E. "Department" shall mean the Department of Parks and Recreation, County <br /> of Hawaii. <br /> F. "Director" shall mean the Director of the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation, County of Hawaii. <br /> 1 <br />
