The applicant, William McCowatt, is proposing a revision to tenant space Unit B3, <br /> for HICO Coffee, at Building B, Unit B, Brew Lot 12 Kona, on Pawai Place, to <br /> remove a front storefront window and install an overhead glass door that rolls up and <br /> remains open during business hours, and/or down during the hotter parts of the day. <br /> The tenant wishes to have an open-air coffee shop as much as weather will allow. <br /> The proposed door is made of materials matching the dark bronze metal frame and <br /> glass.
