This is a Civil Defense message. <br />This is a Coronavirus informational update for Thursday, February 6 at 9 in the morning. <br />The Department of Health confirms that there are NO cases of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCov) <br />reported in Hawaii. <br />The Department of Health, in partnership with the County of Hawaii, federal, and other state agencies is <br />working to take necessary precautions to prevent and respond to this virus. If the 2019 novel coronavirus <br />is identified in Hawaii, coordinated actions to prevent and mitigate the spread of the virus will be taken. <br />Becoming informed and taking personal responsibility is the best preventive action.
