CALL TO ORDER (10:00 a.m.) <br /> Mr. Robinson: Okay, we'll call ourselves to order. <br /> 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS (10:00 a.m.) <br /> Mr. Robinson: Are there any statements from the public on agenda items? No one <br /> signed up Maria? I don't think so. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF OCTOBER 9, 2019. <br /> (10:00 a.m.) <br /> Mr. Robinson: Okay, approval of the regular session minutes of October 9, 2019. <br /> Has everyone had a chance to review those? Is there a motion to <br /> approve the minutes, as presented? <br /> Mr. Heintz: I wasn't present, but I'll make a motion to approve. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Is there a second? <br /> Ms. Sumner-Mack: Second. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Okay, it's been moved and seconded that we approve the minutes <br /> of October 9, 2019. Any further discussion. If not all those in <br /> favor say aye. Contrary minded. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Heintz moved to approve the October 9, 2019 minutes. Ms. <br /> Sumner-Mack seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> 1 <br />
