It shall define the nature and scope of the inquiry to <br /> be made so. <br /> Mr. Robinson: So under Power to Conduct. In accordance, the Board may <br /> subpoena witnesses, administer oaths, take testimony relating to <br /> matters before the Board, require the production of examination or <br /> books or records. Its exercising in the powers authorized in the <br /> Charter or HCC, respect to any investigation or hearing. Make a <br /> formal resolution to conduct such a hearing or investigation. It <br /> will be supported by a majority of the members. And it may <br /> authorize a three-member committee, the Board as a whole or a <br /> single member of the Board to conduct any or all or part of the <br /> investigation or hold an investigatory hearing. <br /> Ms. Sumner-Mack: Yes but there's one...thing...on point that the... In accordance <br /> with Article 15, the Board may subpoena witnesses, administer <br /> oaths and take testimony relating to matters before the Board. But <br /> there's nothing before the Board on this matter. <br /> Mr. Robinson: 1 finless we hid the resolution. <br /> Ms. Sumner-Mack: The resolution by us? <br /> Mr. Robinson: By us. We would have to pass the resolution. <br /> Ms. Hall: The Board would have to initiate the petition. <br /> Mr. Robinson: The resolution and initiate a petition.
