MARTIN: That's exactly the reason why <br />AU: That's one of the reasons why? <br />MARTIN: And, even though our maintenance people, they rarely come, probably once per <br />quarter, it was still probably just a safer idea to redo that since they had the opportunity to do that <br />since they had recently purchased the property. <br />AU: Okay, so, the two properties that the church owns, did they purchase the property at the <br />same time? <br />MARTIN: No. <br />AU: So, they bought <br />MARTIN: —They acquired the second parcel much later. <br />AU: Okay, did they acquire it for this reason? So, they can have an access through that end? Or, <br />did they already have the property? <br />MARTIN: I don't really know the reason why they did. They just told me that they had recently <br />acquired it and then they had asked that we relocate the access. <br />AU: Okay, and you have no indication on any future plans that they have for that property? <br />MARTIN: He said that they did not plan on developing it <br />AU: Okay <br />MARTIN: the property and that it would be used for access. <br />AU: Okay, thank you. <br />CLARKSON: Any further questions from the Commission?
