Yoneyama: Okay, Yasuhiro has been in operation for the last six to seven months without a liquor license in Kea'au Shopping Center. The premises consists of approximately 1,700 square feet of kitchen and dining area downstairs, with a little, short of 200 square feet, loft which is going to be used strictly for storage. Customers are not allowed there. This is not a full-service restaurant. All customers must go to the cashier and pay first, and will be called when their meal is prepared so they can pick it up. They can dine there if they wish. Besides sushi, they have some noodle dishes available; but again, it is not a full-service restaurant. Yoneyama: Upon obtaining a liquor license, customers must go to the cashier and pay first and they will receive either bottles or cans of beer which they have to consume on the premises. There are some buffet trays at the entrance, but that area is excluded from this business operation, to make it clear. They have done no renovations and the business will be operated from 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and they may consider up to 8:00 P.M. upon obtaining the liquor license. Nahale-a: Thank you.
