Are there any changes to the report? <br /> Bodien: I have acquired all of the signatures except the Liquor Control final inspection <br /> which is pending insurance. I ran into a little hiccup there. <br /> Nahale-a: Thank you very much. <br /> Gonzalez: Mr. Bodien, do you have any changes to the Liquor Commission report <br /> about the business you are going to license? <br /> Bodien: No. <br /> Gonzalez: Thank you. <br /> Nahale-a: Could you briefly describe this business for us? <br /> Bodien: Kokoiki Brands will soon own Hawaii Cigar & Ukulele and CBD.Center and <br /> Mother's Cigars. It's all housed under one roof in the Kohala Trade Center in Haw7. <br /> Nahale-a: Okay, thank you. Mr. Director, any reports of protest? <br /> Takase: Madam Chairman, the applicant mailed 7 out of 8 notices within 100 feet and <br /> 42 out of 44 notices within 500 feet. There were 42 properties entitled to protest and we <br /> received no protests to this application. <br /> Nahale-a: Thank you. Any public testimony regarding this application? <br /> There was no public testimony. <br /> Nahale-a: Seeing none, Commissioners, any questions for the applicant? <br /> There were no questions from the Commissioners. <br /> Onizuka: Move to close the public hearing. <br /> Raymond: Second. <br /> Mr. Onizuka moved to close the public hearing; seconded by <br /> Ms. Raymond. <br /> Nahale-a: It's been moved and seconded to close the public hearing.
