Better to assign that duty to a State entity <br /> (HB 1789 suggests the Real Estate Commission for such a task). <br /> We believe that creating homeowners' associations is a positive way to improve <br /> the lives of those affected, but if this bill moves forward we ask you to find the best <br /> remedies for the thornier issues that the bill addresses.
