APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Revised agenda (addition of item 8c) provided. Brooke motioned to approve revised <br />January agenda, Mele seconded. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (December 18, 2019) <br />Mihaela Ryer name needs to be added under excused. Mele moved to approve the <br />December minutes with amendment, Brooke seconded. Motion carried. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. November financials <br />Mileage of $155. Pending charge of $50 for brochure. We need to confirm what <br />this charge is for. New brochures charge is $47.10. <br />See handout from Andrew for additional details. <br />B. December financials — no activity <br />Debra moved to approve The Treasurer's report, Brooke seconded.
