Goal is to distribute island <br />wide over the next 6 months. <br />F. Equal Pay <br />• 2018-2019 Final Report — not received yet <br />Action item: Jewel to provide report at February meeting <br />G. Status of Women Report Sub -Committee Update <br />• Mihaela presented the updated report with charts made using data from <br />the Census Bureau on the following topics: <br />• Women's earnings <br />• Gender wage gap <br />• Women's educational attainment <br />• Poverty and economic security <br />• Mihaela and Farrah, as subcommittee members, will meet and discuss <br />path forward towards the October 2020 completion of the report. <br />X. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Vote on participation in Women's March event — not needed, see VII above. <br />B. Approval of 2019-2020 budget adjustments — no adjustments to be voted on <br />Action item: Nominate and vote for subcommittee members. <br />Action item: Provide an updated subcommittee members list. <br />XI.
