CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY <br />ILTA i47►etIIJ7_NI <br />Incident: Road Closure Message <br />Date: February 13, 2020 <br />Time: 0630 <br />Frequency: <br />Update #: <br />This is a Civil Defense Road Closure message for Thursday, February 13, 2020 at <br />6:30 in the morning. <br />Hawaii Police Department reports two road closures currently in effect until <br />further notice: <br />1) Highway 130 between Shower Dr. and the Keaau Transfer Station. A detour <br />has been set up at Pohaku Dr through 40th Avenue through Olaa Road to <br />Highway 11. <br />2) And, Old Saddle Road between Daniel K.
