Hawaii Game Management Advisory Commission Meeting <br />Minutes – January 14, 2020 <br />delivery and the NWTF Hunting Heritage Banquet which will happen on <br />February 22 – Saturday – at Kona Imin Center in Holualoa is when I’m gonna <br />find out more information about this project and I wanted to share that with <br />you Kanalu. <br /> <br />KS: I need to apologize. Actually, Jon did talk to me about it a little bit but I forgot. <br />But anyway... <br /> <br />TN: Oh, OK... <br /> <br />KS: ....I don’t have a lot of information – like you – but he did mention it to me and <br />he did invite me to that banquet and I plan on going. <br /> <br />TN: OK. Great. I hope to see you there because it’s a great banquet, it’s for a <br />good cause and for a project like this to get off the ground maybe we can <br />expand on the projects with, you know, UH and other schools. <br /> <br />NP: So Teresa can you repeat the day of that event and could you – do you see <br />the cost... <br /> <br />TN: Yeah, yeah, it’s fifty dollars and it’s February 22 on a Saturday at Kona Imin <br />Center in Holualoa and doors open at 5:00 pm. <br /> <br />NP: Thank you. <br /> <br />TN: And it’s, yeah, it’s a fundraiser for them and this is how they help build the <br />agriculture pen at Konawaena Ag Program and so I hope to see you <br />commissioners there if you guys could make it over to Kona and Kanalu I <br />hope to see you there too. <br /> <br />KS: OK. <br /> <br />TN: Thank you. <br /> <br />NP: Thank you Teresa. What was the reason you guys had <br />a harder time walking through the area in Mauna Kea? <br /> <br />KS: My leg’s short, man... <br /> <br />AA: Yeah... Besides that... <br /> <br />KS: No... I mean the grass is tall and it’s also a pretty rough place to walk just <br />anyways, yeah... But, yeah, there’s some more rough terrain than Kapapala <br />for sure. <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
