(3) Allow the Board ofLand and Natural Resources to issue a rent waiver or redaction for certain lessees' expciiscs relating to the den-iolition or provision ofbasic infrastrUc(ure; (4) Authorize a local redevelopment agency to contmct NAM a developer for construction of non-residential projects on public land within a redevelopment area; (5) Exempt the costs of construction work or in'iprovernents ofa redevelopinent project from general excise and use taxes; and ((i) Establish the Waiakea Redevelopment District Revolving Fund and appropriate funds for the Waiakea Redeveloprnent District.
