Merit Appeals Board February 26, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7) Unfinished Business (for discussion and appropriate action) <br /> <br />A) FY 2019-2020 Annual Performance Evaluation of the Director of Human <br />Resources (HR): <br /> <br />o Merit Appeals Board’s Evaluation Tool for the Director of HR for <br />FY 2019-2020 <br /> <br />o SurveyMonkey questions for FY 2019-2020 <br /> <br />(Note: At the Merit Appeals Board meeting held on December 18, 2019, the above <br />evaluation tool and SurveyMonkey questions for FY 2019-2020 were postponed.) <br /> <br /> <br />B) Review of Executive Session Minutes <br /> <br />o December 18, 2019 <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />The Merit Appeals Board anticipates convening one or more executive meetings <br />regarding the above matters, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4, 92-5(a)(2) and <br />92-5(a)(4), for the purpose evaluating an officer or employee of the County of <br />Hawai'i, where the consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and <br />consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
