ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />TESTIMONY <br />Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission Secretary at least ten (10) <br />minutes before the start of each meeting. <br /> <br />SUBMITTING TESTIMONY <br />Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring twelve (12) copies for distribution. <br />Written testimonies may also be received by March 4, 2020 by: (1) mail to Maxine Cutler, County <br />of Hawaii, Commission, 25 Aupuni Street Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai’i, 96720; or (2) email to testi- <br />mony@hawaiicounty.gov; or (3) facsimile/fax to: (808) 961-8248. Please submit separate testi- <br />mony for each agenda item. Written testimony will be presented to the Commission members as <br />soon as practicable. <br />NOTE: If you need an auxiliary, aid/service or to the accommodation due to a disa- <br />or (808) 961-8069 as <br />bility, contact Maxine Cutler at testimony@hawaiicounty.gov <br />soon as possible, preferably before March 4, 2020. If a response is received after <br />March 4, 2020, we will try to obtain the auxiliary aid/service or accommodation, but <br />we cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. <br />NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS <br />If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within five days of becom- <br />ing a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai‘i County Code).
