ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT <br />EXCUSED <br />Farrah -Marie Gomes, Chair Debra M. Toledo-Ebreo <br />Kami Bolster, Vice -Chair <br />Mele Spencer, Corresponding Secretary <br />Mihaela Ryer, Recording Secretary <br />Andrew Langtry, Treasurer <br />Jewel Castro <br />Brooke Derby <br />Cyd Hoffeld, ex -officio <br />Diana Mellon -Lacey, Corp. Counsel <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Brooke motioned to approve February 19, 2020 agenda, Andrew seconded. Motion <br />carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (January 15, 2020) <br />Brooke moved to approve the January minutes, Jewel seconded. Motion carried. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />January financials: expenditures of $73 for brochure printing. Mileage $217. Meals <br />$27. See handouts from Andy. Detailed expenditures shown in the County Report, <br />handed out by Andy. <br />Mihaela moved to approve the treasure's report, Mele seconded. Motion carried. <br />VI.
