Three hard copies of the document are available at both the Pāhala Public <br />Library and the Nāālehu Public Libraryʻ, and one hard copy is available at the Hawaiʻi <br />State Library in Honolulu. The document is also available online at <br />http://oeqc2.doh.hawaii.gov/EA_EIS_Library/2020-03-08-HA-FEA-Pahala-Large- <br />Capacity-Cesspool-Replacement.pdf and in related links on the Department’s webpage <br />at https://www.hawaiicounty.gov/departments/environmental-management and the <br />EPA’s webpage at https://www.epa.gov/uic/pahala-community-large-capacity-cesspool- <br />replacement-project-county-hawaii-hi. <br /> <br />A Finding of No Significant Impact has been determined for this project.
