They seek to address a critical <br /> need—our healthcare shortage—at a time when healthcare is uppermost in our minds <br /> and in a place (rural Hawaii) where the shortage is most acute. <br /> If the collaboration described produces the "rural health care delivery hub plan" <br /> envisioned, there will no doubt be a concurrent demand for additional funding to <br /> implement it.
