Our office hours will remain from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through <br />Friday (except for holidays). <br />Our team has put in place procedures to first and foremost ensure the safety of our <br />OHCD staff and participants. We will continue to provide efficient and professional <br />services to the participants that we serve. <br />For your protection, the OHCD will be working remotely and will conduct business by <br />phone, email, fax, and/or teleconferencing when possible. Instead of visiting our offices <br />in Hilo or Kona, please call us at 808-959-4642 (Hilo) or 808-323-4300 (Kona) and/or <br />email us at sec8info@hawaiicounty.gov. <br /> <br />We will also accept documents via email, mail, and fax. NO WALK-IN appointments <br />will be seen at this time. If you already have a prescheduled appointment with your <br />caseworker, please call or email them directly before coming in or attempting to meet in <br />person. <br /> <br />We understand that these are challenging times and we are committed to provide <br />uninterrupted and professional services during this public health crisis.
