COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR CONTROL <br />LIQUOR COMMISSION <br />MINUTES — MARCH 5, 2020 <br />HILO LAGOON CENTRE, 101 AUPUNI STREET, UNIT 230, HILO, HAWAII <br />Call To Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Claude Onizuka at 10:00 A.M., in the <br />Meeting Room, Department of Liquor Control, Hilo Lagoon Centre, 101 Aupuni <br />Street, Unit 230, Hilo, Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Commissioners: Claude Onizuka, Chair <br />Michael Hughes, Vice Chair <br />Warren Arakaki, Commissioner <br />David Greenwell, Commissioner <br />Ronald Ibarra, Commissioner <br />Dawn Raymond, Commissioner <br />Allen Salave`a, Commissioner <br />Paula Thomas, Commissioner <br />Absent and Excused: Shelby Nahale-a, Commissioner <br />Others Present: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Craig Masuda, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Officer <br />Dorsi Lim, Secretary to the Board & Commission <br />Onizuka: At this time, anyone with cell phones please make sure they are on vibrate or <br />turned off.
