TMKs: 7-8-010:038, 039, 059, and 7-8-012:058 <br />LICENSE APPLIED FOR: Sale and Transfer of Hotel liquor license currently <br />held by Kona Surf Partners LLC, dba Sheraton <br />Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay <br />Robert Ueoka, Esq., was present. <br />Onizuka: Good morning. <br />Ueoka: Good morning, Mr. Chair, members of the Commission, Mr. Takase. Robert Ueoka <br />on behalf of Outrigger Kona Resort LLC. At this time, we respectfully request to waive the <br />presence of my client representative. He had some medical reasons and (was) unable to <br />come. He has requested to proceed with me as Authorized Agent. <br />Onizuka: Okay, thank you. <br />Ueoka: At this time, we have no changes to the investigator's report. We are going to <br />continue to operate the hotel in the same manner as the existing hotel. It is a hotel and <br />resort with restaurants and bars; we do have conference rooms, as well. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Mr. Director, any report of protests? <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, this is a transfer application. Notification was made, and we <br />have no protests to this application. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Commissioners, questions, discussion? <br />There were no questions or discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: Motion to close the public hearing? <br />Hughes: So moved. <br />Greenwell: Second. <br />Mr. Hughes moved to close the public hearing; seconded <br />by Mr. Greenwell. <br />Onizuka: Moved and seconded.
