It is a little over 3,000 square feet under the <br />roof. Besides full-service Hawaiian cuisine, they plan to have a fish market in the center of <br />everything described, and a section for retail items. <br />Gonzalez: Mr. Chair, this is the future relocation from Umeke's at Kuakini Center to the <br />Brewers Block, closer to the King Kamehameha Hotel side. <br />Onizuka: Is there any public testimony on this application? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Onizuka: Seeing none, Commissioners, questions, discussion? <br />There were no questions or discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Hughes: When do you plan on opening? <br />Yoneyama: Well, that's the big question. They will probably need another three months <br />for construction. <br />Onizuka: Commissioner Greenwell? <br />Greenwell: Are all the permits ready to go for construction? <br />Yoneyama: Yes. They do have a building permit on the wall and are working on it. <br />Greenwell: So, three months is just internal construction time? <br />Yoneyama: Yes, the outside shell is done. A building permit is in place and working <br />on...
