Mr. Director, any report of protests? <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, the applicant mailed 1 out of 1 notice within 100 feet, 82 out of <br />83 notices within 500 feet, and 1 notice to a condominium or cooperative apartment <br />manager. There were 83 properties entitled to protest and we received no protests to <br />this application. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Do we have any public testimony on this application? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Onizuka: Hearing none, Commissioners, questions, discussion? <br />Thomas: What kind of alcohol are you planning to serve? <br />Stith: We're not serving any, we're just selling at retail. We have bottles of wine or <br />single cans of wine, beer by the can, and we do have some liquor bottles in smaller <br />quantities as well. <br />Onizuka: Any other questions? <br />There were no other questions from the Commissioners. <br />Onizuka: Call for a motion to close the public hearing. <br />Ibarra: So move. <br />Greenwell: Second. <br />Mr. Ibarra moved to close the public hearing; seconded by <br />Mr. Greenwell. <br />Onizuka: Moved and seconded that we close the public hearing.
