CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY Date: May 14, 2020 <br />MEDIA UPDATE <br />Incident: Coronavirus Update <br />This is a Civil Defense message. <br />Fri T13 EVITIFTAIN <br />Radio Frequency: Each Hour <br />Update #: 1 <br />This is a COVID-19 information update for Thursday morning, May 14th <br />For information, there are no identified positive Coronavirus cases on Hawaii Island at <br />this date. <br />All that was tested positive has been cleared as recovered. <br />To all the Health Care organizations and supporting agencies, than you for your good <br />and hard work of developing and continuing a comprehensive testing network for the <br />safety of Hawaii's people. <br />Know that early testing means early detection and early care. By your participation, you <br />are helping develop a comprehensive data base of information for Health Care officials <br />to keep on top of things so they can respond appropriately and timely. <br />A drive-thru testing will be held today in South Kona at the Keauhou Shopping Center. <br />Hours are from 8 this morning to 12 noon. <br />Thank you, Alii Health for providing this free service, and our National Guard, and <br />County Task Force for helping. <br />Please understand the good place that Hawaii is in today just reflects the importance of <br />following the policies of prevention. The virus is still out there and we need to get better <br />to keep Hawaii safe! <br />Thank you for doing your part. <br />Thank you for listening. <br />Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. <br />This is your Hawaii County Civil Defense. <br />
