It is worth noting that 30% of the <br />respondents are newer employees and have worked at this agency for less than 3 years. Given <br />that the majority of respondents (also nearly 57.6%) indicate that fair housing is either "very" or <br />"extremely" important for their work, findings suggest opportunities for training and education. <br />11 <br />
