CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY Date: June 4, 2020 <br />MEDIA UPDATE <br />Incident: Coronavirus Update <br />This is a Civil Defense message. <br />Time: 08:30 AM <br />Radio Frequency: Every 2 Hours <br />Update #: 1 <br />This is a COVID-19 informational update for Thursday, June 4th <br />On today's report of COVID-19, the number of active cases for Hawaii Island stands at <br />zero. An active case is defined as an individual who has tested positive for the COVID- <br />19 virus and is presently being monitored by the Department of Health. <br />For your information, a drive through testing is scheduled for today in North Kona at the <br />Keauhou Shopping Center. Hours are from 8:00 this morning `til 12:00 noon. Thank <br />you Alii Health Center for providing this free service and the Hawaii National Guard and <br />the County Task Force for helping. Know that early testing means early detection and <br />early care. By your participation you are also helping develop a comprehensive <br />database of information for health care officials to keep on top of things so they can <br />respond appropriately and timely to protect your community. <br />The good place Hawaii Island and State is in today reflects the importance of continuing <br />to follow the policies of prevention.
