Go ahead, Commissioner <br />Aguinaldo. <br />EVANS (from audience): It still didn't get answered— <br />AGUINALDO: I forgot what I was going to ask now, sorry, distracted. Um, is the current GM, <br />is currently the general manager yet at the association in HPP? Do you know? <br />TOMLINSON: As far as I know, he's still, he is still there. I spoke with him two weeks ago. <br />AGUINALDO: Oh, okay. <br />RAFFIPIY: Any other questions? Are your questions answered? <br />AGUINALDO: Yes. <br />RAFFIPIY: Okay. If there is no other questions, we're going to start taking public testimony. <br />Thank you. <br />TOMLINSON: Thank you. <br />RAFFIPIY: We have 14 testifiers signed up, but before we go into this public testimony, I <br />understand, you know, the audience is very concerned and passionate about the subjects that, <br />agenda items that we talked about, but I just ask you so we can move as efficiently and <br />effectively as possible to first if we can make order in this, in this process to afford respect to <br />everyone whoever is talking. At the same time, we need to get through the agenda items for <br />today. <br />Also, we have a 3 -minute rule. We'd like to ask you to, you know, to keep that, your testimony <br />within that 3 minutes so, we can get everybody through this process and they don't have to rush <br />getting theirs through, so I appreciate everybody's cooperation in this matter. <br />EXHIBIT C <br />6 <br />
