CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY Date: June 5, 2020 <br />MEDIA UPDATE <br />Incident: Coronavirus Update <br />This is a Civil Defense message. <br />Time: 08:30 AM <br />Radio Frequency: Every 2 Hours <br />Update #: 1 <br />This is a COVID-19 information update for Friday, June 5th. <br />On today's report of COVID-19, the number of active cases for Hawaii Island stands at <br />zero. An active case is defined as an individual who has tested positive for the COVID- <br />19 virus and is presently being monitored by the Department of Health. <br />For your information, an O'hana Food Service is scheduled for today in South Kohala at <br />the Waikoloa Elementary School in Waikoloa Village. Hours are from 10:00 this <br />morning `til 12:00 noon. Thank you Hawaii Food Basket and all the contributors that <br />make this possible for those in need and the Hawaii National Guard and County Task <br />Force for helping. <br />As the Island and State of Hawaii goes forward in reopening's, please know the <br />importance of continuing to follow the policies of physical distancing, gatherings, face <br />coverings, cleanliness, and keeping yourself physically and emotionally healthy.
