CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY Date: June 11, 2020 <br />MEDIA UPDATE <br />Incident: Coronavirus Update <br />This is a Civil Defense message. <br />Time: 08:30 AM <br />Radio Frequency: Every 2 Hours <br />Update #: 1 <br />This is a COVID-19 informational update for Thursday, June 11th <br />On today's report of COVID-19, the number of active cases for Hawaii Island, reported <br />by the Department of Health, stands at zero. <br />For your information, an 'ohana food service is scheduled today in Waimea at the <br />Waimea District Park. Service begins at 10:00 this morning. Thank you Hawaii Food <br />Basket and their contributors for providing this service to those in need and the Hawaii <br />National Guard and County Task Force for helping. <br />In addition, a drive through testing service is scheduled for today at the Keauhou <br />Shopping Center in North Kona. Hours are from 8:00 in the morning `til 12:00 noon. <br />Thank you Alii Health for providing this free service and the Hawaii National Guard and <br />County Task Force for helping. <br />As the Island and State of Hawaii goes forward, please know the importance of <br />continuing to follow the policies of physical distancing, gatherings, face coverings, <br />cleanliness, and keeping yourself physically and emotionally healthy.
