A clean strip of cotton, a towel or paper band shall be placed around the neck <br />of each client, so that at no time will hair, cloth, or cape come in contact with <br />the neck or skin of the customer. <br /> <br />11. All fixtures, furnishings, equipment, work stations and restrooms are to be <br />cleaned regularly and disinfected with EPA registered products. <br /> <br />12. Employees must wash hands after using phones, computers, handling cash, <br />or credit cards, and wipe all services between each use. <br /> <br />13. No food or beverages, except water, shall be sold, kept for sale, or stored in <br />any salon. <br />
