NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br /> KAILUA VILLAGE DESIGN COMMISSION <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a meeting to be held by the Kailua Village Design <br /> Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provision of Section 92-7, <br /> Hawaii Revised Statutes. <br /> Based on the Mayor' s Proclamation regarding COVID- 19, these meetings will be online <br /> until further notice. The applicant, William McCowatt, of Koa Architects LLC, is proposing the addition <br /> of nine (9) metal and glass "storefronts" for tenant spaces located on the mauka(east) <br /> side of the existing warehouse building located on Lot 14, with manufacturing, <br /> storage, and accessory office uses permitted, to match an existing tenant space with a <br /> metal and glass storefront. The applicant's plan for the tenants is to increase retail <br /> and commercial opportunities, and to support improving the "Brew Pub"portion of <br /> the Pawai Place area. The applicant does not propose any revisions to exterior <br /> building colors. <br /> Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />
