The tenant wishes to have more retail ability for its <br /> existing commercial and manufacturing base. <br /> The proposed storefronts are made with a dark bronze metal frame and lightly tinted glass and will be <br /> built inside the existing roll-up warehouse doors—which will be closed during non-business hours. <br /> Please refer to Plans provided.
