Action: It was moved by Commissioner Au and seconded by Commissioner Replogle that SPP No. 20-000213 be approved based on the Planning Director's recommendation, which shall be adopted. A roll call vote was taken, and the motion carried with five ayes (Aguinaldo, Au, Clarkson, Raffipiy, Replogle) and no noes.
