I don't think this completely falls under the home occ, and that's why it's a Special Permit to give that flexibility to refine this down so it's the, you know, minimal impact. You know,the positive impact that it will bring and does bring, so I think some conditions in that regard could certainly help mitigate any of those concerns. Maybe small signage than what's allowed and, you know, Chapter 3, something in that regard, but I think as you can tell, the Applicant is very reasonable. AGUINALDO: I yield.
