DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: <br />Property Manager Hamana Ventura will answer any questions from the commis- <br />sioners regarding the items of financial matters and other concerns. <br />V. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT: <br />Chair Warshauer to provide comments and/or information relating to matters of <br />concern to the Commission. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Commission to review and discuss the 2020 Suggestion Forms received. <br />2. Commission to review any site visit reports. <br />3. Commission to review petition format submittals. <br />4. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re- <br />garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi- <br />leges, immunities, and liabilities. <br />VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />1. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 10, 2020, time and place <br />to be determined. <br />2. Set agenda for the August 10, 2020 meeting. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />SUBMITTING TESTIMONY <br />A person desiring to submit written testimony shall indicate his/her name; address; and <br />whether the testimony is on his/her behalf or as a representative of an organization or <br />individual.
