ALTERNATIVE FINANCING/FUNDING <br />WWD is engaging the services of a Grant/Loan Consultant (Dig Deep) to help WWD <br />identify and seek alternative financing sources other than State DOH CWSRF and <br />General Obligation Bonds to help in financing CIP projects such as the Pāhala LCC <br />Closure, Nāālehu LCC Closure, Kealakehe Rʻ-1, etc. <br /> <br />WWD also is exploring public-private partnerships (3P) that will help the county <br />finance some of the CIP projects. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />15 <br />
