I strongly support that. A website and a program would be great. Need beaches and mountains. I just hiked a town in Japan,Tanabe City, where they have lodging and transit and even luggage service and have multiple trails. How many safe routes to school are on the island?Are there federal programs, funding to help?To what extent is funding used, for infrastructure or staff time? I'm curious for trail in Waimea, stream trail, always looking for revenues to finance. • I've been here for generations and have seen this place change.
