CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Pequeño called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. and asked Lee McIntosh, the <br />newest commissioner, to introduce himself. <br /> <br /> Commissioner McIntosh said he learned of the opening and felt he had some ideas that <br />could help the county address trash issues such as recycling. He previously served on the Cost <br />of Government Commission, which had some recommendations he could bring forward to the <br />EMC. He is a landscaper by trade and has several artistic hobbies. He hopes to be an asset and <br />bring some different ideas to the commission. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 27, 2020 <br /> <br /> Motion and second: Commissioner Adams moved to approve the minutes, and <br />Commissioner Gaffney seconded the motion. <br /> <br />
