At this time, before we enter into discussion, I would entertain a motion to postpone the discussion... postpone consideration of this motion until our next meeting. MR. BERGIN: So moved. CHR. BERGIN: Please. CHR. ADAMS: So the purpose of this is, here we are in this meeting and then we really don't have the ability to talk about the report that this... from the ad hoc committee that this is based on. The idea is that when we get to our next meeting, then the process of allowing us to talk both about that, the report that we will consider, plus these summaries and then be able to vote on them, will be... we will have that opportunity from a notice perspective. Is that correct? Okay. So we are making the motion now. We are postponing the consideration of that motion until our next meeting when we will bring it back up in the regular order of business. ADAMS: We will consider that in the process of our meeting today but right now we are looking at the 24th of July, two weeks from today.
