Motion to approve, we will take a recess to review, we will come back, I will ask if there is any interest in going in to Executive Session, if there is then we will identify that and do that. And then when we come back out of Executive Session, if we do go into Executive Session, we will vote. If we don't go into Executive Session then we will vote on the motion. Alright. I think I said that all correctly. Alright. So I would entertain a motion to approve the Executive Session minutes for August 8, 2019. Is there a second? Alright. It has been moved by Commissioner Saquing and seconded by Commissioner Leithead-Todd. You know I have only been doing this with you for three years or two years, I still don't know which way to say it. Leithead, Litehead... MS. TODD: Well, (inaudible) In America "Leith head". It would be... CHR. ADAMS: So actually it is a TH sound, not a T and an H. MS. TODD: It is Leithhead (inaudible) CHR. ADAMS: See I like that better actually. Alright so, this motion was seconded by Commissioner Leithead-Todd. Is that close? Okay. At this moment I would like to take a recess to allow Commissioners to review and grab coffee, and water, and whatever else they need to do. Let's recess for about ten minutes.
