11. Plan approval shall be required prior to the construction or installation of any new <br /> structure or development, or any addition to an existing structure or development <br /> according to Section 25-2-71(a)of the Zoning Code. <br /> 12. The applicants shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws, <br /> rules,regulations and requirements. <br /> Should any of these conditions not be met or substantially complied with in a <br /> timely fashion, the Director may initiate procedures to revoke this Special Permit. <br /> -S- <br />
