BUILDING § 5-85 <br />(39) A new subsection R404.2 is added to the International Energy Conservation <br />Code to read as follows: <br />"R404.2 Ceiling Fans. A ceiling fan, ceiling fan rough -in, or <br />whole house fan may be provided for bedrooms and the <br />largest habitable space that is not used as a bedroom." <br />(40) A new subsection R404.3 is added to the International Energy Conservation <br />Code to read as follows: <br />"R404.3 Electrical vehicle charger power.
